How to create very cool AI projects for school

COMMON MISCONCEPTION.

Many students want to build this cool Artificial intelligence projects.

let's use a person, say Joy. She is a third-year computer science student who wants to learn Artificial intelligence for a school Project, with coding experience.

Her curiosity is even growing because of the hype around deep learning that has neural nets, linear regression and then OpenAI brings up a very cool chatGPT3 that can create a chat like a real-life person

When she starts, she always thrown in a loophole of first learning the theory then go ahead and learn the practical. and within 2 weeks of theory, her desire just dies out because of the complexity of the theory and little to no practice.

This happens a lot to many students. you just want to build a project and get the marks and move on.

THE BEST WAY TO GO

Just as the image above show someone looking at the vast in the sky, so is artificial intelligence. AI is very vast with many applications, every filled, but with the right guidance you can sail through.

So just like every great musician, if you want to reach award, you practice, and use theory to learn how to get better and better.

But what if we could first practice, learn a little theory, and use that theory to make your model more powerful and get your desired results.

The reality

I have been able to create neural nets that could interpret sign language, detect a disease in wheat using only a camera and an internet connection using this approach. But this was through a machine learning tool called Fast AI.

Fast AI is a very High-level framework-built a upon using PyTorch. Their motto is even to

        "Make neural nets cool again"
